Bosch Security Systems launched its new CCTV range, the Advantage Line at Modesto’s Suka Restaurant Bar in partnership with distributor Celtech Security Sdn Bhd.

“Bosch brings professional surveillance into the realm of small businesses with our new affordable range of ‘Advantage Line’ analog and IP CCTV with features ideal for smaller installations,” said Eric Ho, Regional Product Marketing Manager, Robert Bosch (SEA) Pte Ltd.

The new products give installers the choice they always wanted. For small network IP systems, Bosch IP 200 Series cameras are an obvious choice. The IP 200 Series include many different models suitable for a wide range of applications. For example, a 4-camera set-up could consist of fixed-body, dome and IR dome indoor models, combined with an outdoor IR bullet camera.

 The IP 200 Series cameras deliver high performance Bosch technology in cost-effective, ready-to-use solutions. Complete network video surveillance systems, they include video recording and storage in a fixed-body, dome or bullet housing. Advanced features include progressive scan to ensure sharp images of moving objects. All IP 200 Series cameras are simple to set up, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) enables a single cable to carry the camera’s power and video, saving installation time and cost.

 

 

              

Nearly all IP 200 Series cameras feature a local SD card slot for storing video, allowing the camera to be disconnected from the PC after configuration. The only exception is the IP 200 Series bullet camera, which is designed for rugged outdoor and water-resistant indoor use. With integrated active infrared technology, it ensures 24/7 video surveillance in daylight or complete darkness.

               

Simple and intuitive Bosch Video Client (BVC) viewing and playback software comes with all Bosch IP cameras and is free to use with up to 16 cameras. Simple to install, easy to configure and intuitive to use, BVC allows all IP cameras to be viewed from a single location. Cameras can be quickly configured for most common lighting conditions, while still allowing individual settings on each camera to be adjusted to obtain optimized results for a specific application.

 

              

As with all ‘Advantage Line’ products, the IP 200 Series is ideal where both professional security features and affordability are essential. Typical applications include small offices, retail shops, convenience stores, restaurants, daycare centers and classrooms.
