Surge Protector

The SecureLinx from ITW Linx is a surge protector for all security, CCTV, access control and fire/alarm applications. Signal line protection provides complete lightning and surge protection for analog and IP/network security cameras. The protector supports any device using coaxial, UTP, Cat-5e or Cat-6 cables. The device can be used in conjunction with the SurgeGate AC base units or as a stand-alone unit.

The Roughneck line of impact-resistant camera domes from Vicon Industries is available in analog and IP models. The cameras are designed for potentially abusive conditions such as correctional facilities, warehouses and loading docks and come with a digital noise-reduction feature. The cameras have a 3.3- to 12-millimeter auto-iris varifocal lens and can be positioned horizontally and vertically. The dome cameras' mounting base screws directly to walls and ceilings.

Video Mount Products' PDM-C is designed to hold larger, heavier flat-panel monitors that need to be ceiling mounted. The PDM-C holds most 31- to 63-inch flat-panel displays. The rail length is 20 inches and can adjust from 8.5 to 35 inches horizontally and 18 to 30 inches vertically. The mount rotates 360 degrees and has a load capacity of 180 lbs.

The Aegis Illuminator from Bosch automatically controls and adjusts light output to compensate for LED degradation. The illuminator also features micro-refractive lens technology, which bends and shapes light output for an increased range of 270 meters and wide beam patterns of up to 120 degrees. It can be powered from any 12-/24-volt AC/DC power source.
